Translucent blinds are made of a tightly woven material with no holes, designed to filter natural, soft light into the room. Light travels through the fabric, but you cannot see through it at all (Hold it up to the light. If light comes through the fabric, but you cannot see through it – it is translucent.)
You can’t see through them from outside. A good translucent fabric will give you day time & night time privacy, lights on or off. Shadows can only be seen if someone is close to the roller blind. Your silhouette may be seen through translucent blinds, so they are not ideal for bedrooms or bathrooms.
Translucent blinds are good for kitchens, living rooms and dining rooms, as they provide good levels of privacy and a suitable amount of light.

Take all measurements to the nearest millimetre – do not round off your measurements.

INSIDE WIDTH - Measure the exact window width (from the frame/blind box to frame) in three places – at the top, middle, and bottom. Use the narrowest width.
OUTSIDE WIDTH - Measure the exact window width (including the frame and add 80mm to each side) in three places – at the top, middle, and bottom. Use the widest width.
Take all measurements to the nearest millimetre– do not round off your measurements.

Mounting your blinds inside the frame means they’ll create a tighter fit and sit within the window frame. Go for an outside fit to cover the window frame, sills and any window catches.
Back roll: The fabric rolls off the back of the blind.
Front roll: The fabric rolls off the front of the blind.
Decide which side you would like the chain control to be (Left or Right).
A chain's default length would be 2/3 of the blind drop unless advised. Please specify in the special instructions field below.
If you select to have a motor controlled blind, you don’t need an electrician. The motor operates with a rechargeable battery, so you will need to add a motor charger cable. You will also need to choose your remote – either a 1 channel remote for 1 blind or 15 channel for any more than 1. Or, if you’d like control from your smartphone, select the Smartphone App Hub.
